On a positive side : the staff is very helpful, especially the ones at the reception and concierge service. Cons: It is a pretty run down hotel, with old and not comfortable bed. The food is awful and overpriced , and the service is pretty awful too at the Bistro restaurant

The hotel is very nice with excellent service. There is a restaurant on the premises with a small but good menu. The property is located in the old town area of Montevideo, which is charming but a bit rough. There is definitely lots to do within walking distance.

El desayuno no hay mucha variedad especialmente cuando no comen puerco mucho jamón pero nada mas , solamente fruta y pan .limpieza no es la mejor y no tienen toallas de la cara ni cepillo de diente para ofrecer y la piscina no tiene agua templada y el jacuzzi tampoco tenía agua caliente .

The hotel is beautiful and elegant. Feels like stepping into a bit of the old world hotels of the past! The room was clean and spacious. The dining and service was excellent. Breakfast is offered on the 25th floor overlooking the port and the city. Stunning! They offered parking indoors which was great because the area is a bit edgy and busy. Overall .. a GREAT stay! Next time we need to stay longer to take advantage of the pool and spa that they offer!
