The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. I have stayed there in the past and the hotel was very well kept. Now unfortunately is not, very rundown. Not worth the price. The area is safe and close to the coast. Unfortunately the street was close for repairs during our stay, for that reason was dusty, noisy and when it rained was very muddy. We were disappointed. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Sometimes we would get bad odour (rotten eggs) from the pipes especially from the bathroom. Overall it was a good hotel for the price. Rooms have a lot of space.

The hotel advertises airport transfers, one of the main reasons we choose this place. I communicated many times with the hotel, ensuring the transportation was in place. Our flight arrived and no one was there. I got someone from the airport to call... they said they had no record of our communication. I showed the email and the hotel said that hotel worker (who used the hotel’s email) never told anyone else. Needless to say, we waited at the airport for an hour, fifteen minutes for someone to come. They, unabashedly still charged us the $50 fee. The hotel itself was OK. Seems like it might have been nice 10-20 years ago. If you do find yourself desperate enough to come here, take an Uber from the airport departures. It is 1/3 of the price and none of the waiting.
