Great Stay!
Hotel is better in person than in photos! Rooms were very clean and modern, the hotel felt like a big treehouse with all the modern amenities. A beautiful view of monteverde and the village. Food was excellent as well as the service. Only downside is neighbors can be a little noisy, we could hear everything from our neighbors next door

Staff was amazing, from front desk Hazel's welcome and suggestions throughout, to the servers in the dining room to everyone we encountered. Such kindness. We didn't expect such a pretty walk to our room. It felt like a stroll through a garden, and we loved the little covered sitting area in front of our door (which we never even used). The room was clean and dry (not easy in a rainforest!), the breakfast was great and included a menu to order from a variety of mains in addition to the buffet. And it was not a hard walk to town. Was a great find and would happily stay again if in the area.

Very nice rooms, restaurant and bar with nice outside landscaping. The negative is the room has an AC but it would be better to have a heat instead because it was only 17 Celsius in December with rainy weather so everything was damp during the 3 days we were. The wet clothes were not able to dry and we were chilled.

It's a very nice and beautiful small lodge. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants and tours. Breakfast is delish. Just wish they have a pool to relax. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Both the room and the bathroom are big. We had 2 queens and a single beds, it's perfect for our family. The complimentary breakfast is great, too. Highly recommended.

SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!! Talk about a very pleasant surprise or something being grossly underrated. This is an outstanding hotel. The pictures on Expedia and the word “Lodge” in the name don’t do just to the quality of accommodation and the service level. The decor and the ambience - in the common areas and in the room set this hotel apart. Looks like the property has been completely renovated recently - everything felt very new. We had an issue during our stay but they took care of it very quickly.
