Stayed here for a work trip and highly recommend! The location is great (but you can’t walk anywhere you must drive) and the views are spectacular! Parking and breakfast is free which was such a plus. The pool is warm and the lobby is a great place for a drink and they have live music Tue-Friday.

Tuvimos problemas en la habitación como ser que la tina no funcionaba bien pq el agua no se mantenía y no pudimos utilizar la tina una de las noches, y tomaron mas de 1 dia para poder resolver los reclamos. Todo muy bien solamente esa situación que no atendian los problemas de forma inmediata.

Check in was at 3 pm, however, there were no rooms available when we got there which was around 1:30 pm. Lobby staff keep saying to come back at 3 to check in. While we waited at the Lobby/Restaurant the staff from that area was nice nothing compare to the lobby one. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room and the room was spacious and comfortable, however there was no iron, nor sufficient towels. Shower was big but we needed to move the shower head to face the wall as water will continuously spilling out and puddles of water were outside of the bathroom floor. Complementary breakfast was offered and it was really good. Overall, pleasant stay but few things that didn’t like that I don’t think I will stay here again.

If I have to travel back to Monterrey, I would choose the Hyatt Place Hotel again. The rooms were very comfortable with a great view of the city. The breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.
