It was a good stay, every uber driver said it was a dangerous part of town but I felt 0 danger my entire 3 days(I do speak good Spanish and look very Mexican) a lot of close proximity good, cheap food and the street it’s on makes it fairly easy for uber drivers to wait for you, for my first time in Monterrey it was a great experience , extremely budget friendly

Convenient for the Central Bus Station. I walked it during the day - about 10 minutes. I probably wouldn’t walk it at night with my backpack as it’s not a well lit area. The service in the restaurant was great. Good food and prices. The king bed was a bit harder than I like, but no worries.
