Terrible communication. They never answered the phones, the room service extension never picked up and the breakfast food was cold . I like honest feedback as I would like to get to a place where the reviews are real and. Not just selecting a bunch of stars as the management will not find out nor fix what’s affecting the operation. The location is Perfect!

My wife and I stayed there for four nights. It is located in an excellent location. Very closed to cafes and felt safe. Nevertheless, the hotel needs to upgrade their rooms with plugs for phones, I watch, etc. A few plugs can bring your hotel into the 21st cty.
