The water to shower was extremely cold . We called to see if they can fix it but due to the hotel being packed there wasn’t the water heater wasn’t producing enough hot water for guest. That’s only bad experience

Se me quedo por error una bolsa de piel que compre, llame a los dos dias, por que me tarde en llegar a mi casa, y cuando le dije a la persona que me contesto después de casi 20 minutos de intentar por teléfono, ME CUELGA! Ya no volví a marcar, por que en realidad me sentí muy ofendida. Por otra parte el desayuno, el personal un tanto “exigente”me dice el primer día,: NO TENEMOS SERVICIO DE MESEROS, cuando yo había visto que habían recogido otra mesa cercana, no comenté nada, y recogí mi servicio, pero no me parecieron los modos. De ahí en fuera, recepción, limpieza etc bien.

Pequeñas fallas de diseño en el lavabo la llave esta muy corta y derramaba agua a la superficie del mueble, el sardinel de la regadera tiene muy poca inclinación y permitía el escurrimiento de agua hacia el exterior

Ok hotel to stay for a few days.
Good location, able to walk to all of the tourist attractions. Pros of hotel, bed was comfortable, breakfast included was adequate, internet was good. Lots of place to eat near by. The location is safe and we were comfortable walking during the day and night. Cons - Bathroom shower had mould and needed a good cleaning around the base. Housekeeping did not show up until after 4:30pm each day. The microwave in the breakfast area was dirty and was not cleaned daily.

While the immediate neighborhood is not super inspiring, this hotel is well-located for various activities in the central downtown district. Staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean, quiet and restful. The breakfast options were good, including lots of fresh fruit and fruit juice. I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning views of the steep peaks outside of town from my sixth-floor hotel room. That was a nice bonus. At least when the Monterrey air was clear (which is not always the case!)
