Avoid this hotel, rude and terrible service .
It took almost 1 hour to check in after waiting 1 hour in a long line . The manager rude, the rooms were not ready at 4 pm. The room didn’t have a blind so impossible to seep in th morning. Horrible hotel .

The place is nice. Didn't care for using room key to operate elevator. When I arrived there was no one guarding the entrance and I was very confused as to what to do next, until finally someone came out of the elevator and understood then that the main lobby should be on the next floor.

Las instalaciones como tal del hotel están súper bien, todo muy limpio, los cuartos tienen todo lo suficiente, lo que sí es que en área de afuera se siente muy descuidado , sus plantas están medio muertas

I arrived to the hotel at 4 P.M. and the staff didn’t have any rooms available yet. Me and many more people were waiting for over half an hour just to get a room.
