Old sheets, broken restroom sink. We only took this hotel due to pet friendly policy, but in the end we found a boarding establishment. It's a never again experience. There are better hotels for the same price or less.

The good: Property is located conveniently in downtown monterrey and most places of interest are nearby by walking or a short uber ride. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist you anytime. Breakfast buffet is great! with a variety of plates and good service. The not so good: We found this property to be deteriorating and showing lack of basic maintenance on walls with sloppy wall repairs, some electrical outlets are loose and can fall off (unsafe), water drainage was slow on bathroom shower and windows are very dirty on the outside so the view is not as beautiful towards the mountains. They were working on updating the wi-fi and construction was part of the experience. no air conditioning on the room halls during our visit.

The hotel has a good outdoor appearance but once Inside in the floor hallways it is super hot and smelly. Once we arrived in our room it was dirty and only gives you two towels. No hand or face towels. Then our room key would not open multiple times and had to wait for maintenance in the hallway heat.
