This was my first time staying there and I was very surprised at the wonderful facility. The parking lot was beautiful and clean easy access to all rooms. My room was very updated clean and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was wonderful and even had a fridge and microwave was a great size. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The young man who checked us in was very excited to talk about his community and to give us information on where to tour and have dinner. Lot's of TV stations, great bed, small room, no place for suitcases.

Excellent Location. Small Rooms
Biggest concern was this location was on one of the busiest streets heading to the beach. Lots of Houseless people wandering around after dark. Didn't have any problems...just be back to your room by sundown. Great food next door at the Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria.

Need to change picture, no chair/table in the front office, Bouganvilla plant removed and state that there’s “No breakfast” available. BATHROOM….Window ledge filthy, baseboard of the shower room dirty, A/C noisy for 10 seconds whenever it starts up and shower head leaking.

Our room in this little place was the most immaculate I have ever spent the night in, bar none. The rooms have been recently renovated and were simple and very much worth the price. The laundry facilities came in handy too, since we stayed five days. The staff was helpful and nice. There are many different restaurants nearby, and plenty of stores also. I wish we could have gone to the beach there but we didn’t get to since we were visiting family members we hadn’t seen in six years. The location is great for going to Monterey, Pacific Grove, or Carmel. They are all within fifteen minutes maximum. This place is a wonderful bargain for anyone needing a quiet, clean, basic room.

Hotel overall was very good. Help was very friendly. Room seem to be updated recently, which was nice. Excellent television choices. Area around the hotel was a little spotty. But overall very good.
