Complimentary breakfast during our stay, along with free drinks during evening reception service for all guests! Free $15 credit per day towards in hotel restaurant. Indoor pool is quite small but usable.

I stayed October 12 and booked through a third party sight and paid at the property. I still have not recieved my deposit back as well as the price quoted was not charged but more. I have reached out several times to the accounting department only to be told to “wait” the transaction was done with a debit card. I have never experienced something like this from embassy suit, as this is my usual hotel to book when going out of town so I am very disappointed with the experience.

This was a great place for us to stay as a family of four. Two adults and two children under the age of nine. Great price for the location and amenities. The breakfast that is included and the family suites worth it all the way for parents traveling with children. Do it!

The room assigned to me was smelly. And the carpet appears warn out. Staff was not quick to offer to move and was only offering to deorderize room instead. It is crazy to think it is acceptable to ask a customer to stay in a smelly room for this! I was eventually moved to a different room after telling her I can't sleep in a smelly room. I was not offered water for Hilton Honor member either. The experience was just off.

The air conditioner in our room barely worked. We never got our room cooler than 75°. We had to move to another room which was better but very, very inconvenienced having four kids with us. I can’t say after talking with management they gave us a bit of a discount, but I felt I shouldn’t have to pay for the room for the first night. We were exhausted from traveling and needed a good night sleep and never got it the first night.
