The staff are really nice the room are good size. I can said big! and very clean also you have coffee maker, iron machine and board. Nice balcony with view to the forest. I always stay when I go to work to Monterey. I recommend America's Best Value! Good rates!!!

Maybe some guests don’t take the time to look out at the beautiful Monterey harbor view from the parking lot but I think it makes you appreciate what a great location this property is situated on a hill that is wonderfully placed for seeing the beautiful Monterey bay and all it has to offer. Stay here and take time to walk around!

The best I can say is that it's a low budget hotel. Very dated and showing it's age. The room was clean, but nothing special. I would stay here again if on a budget.
