This place is EXCEPTIONAL! The beauty of nature, vineyards and quiet was a what we needed from our stay in Rome & Florence. There are many small walled city within 20-30 minutes and food dining and shopping galore. It’s a must if you want to unwind. This family owned farmstead is chic and fabulous.

The room was very comfortable and the setting beautiful. Unfortunately, we had bad weather and couldn't use the pool, but the place was charming as well as the surroundings. Breakfast was delicious and made with local products. Raffaele and Tiziana were wonderful hosts. In fact, I had a problem with my rented car and he went out of his way to help me out with it, going the extra mile to make our stay pleasant and nice.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights and wish we had stayed longer. The grounds were beautiful, the staff were very attentive, the facilities were modern and well looked after. We also enjoyed their locally grown breakfast and lunch options which were delicious. Our hosts also organised us massages very last minute which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

Outstanding property and service by fantastic hosts. Very enjoyable stay. This is not a regular hotel. It has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Raffaele and Tiziana the owners and managers are very much involved in every detail. From assisting with baggage and check in, to helping with restaurant reservations, recommendations on what do to and visit in the area, etc. Raffaele contacted us a couple of days before we arrived and this gave us peace of mind. This place is run with passion . The staff is superb. Carlotta the Chef and Filippo the front desk assistant are two aces. Always cordial and engaging in a very good way. There are only 6 rooms all well fitted and with the typical Tuscan character. Beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended. Hope to return in the not too distant future.
