The property was walking distance from the town so that was convenient The road was very narrow , filled with potholes , vehicles were always tooting their horns due the deep corner and the narrow road.
On arrival the fridge was not working, no bottles of water was offered in the very hot temperatures or placed in the room.
The towels are very old and discoloured. No hand towels were offered. Most day the shower was cold , or the water partially warm.Lots of screaming in the shower especially from the children.
The furnitures are very old and rusty. Doors are very old and very difficult to lock especially the one to the pool area.
Cockroach was noted in my room and this was reported. The room was sprayed but the next day I found it alive under my suitcase. The girls were bitten badly by mosquitoes.
The breakfast was the same everyday unless you pay 10-15 US per person for a Jamaican breakfast.
The lady chef was welcoming and tried her best to feed the family.
Imagine every morning eating scrambled egg and fried sausages.
Sometimes not enough cups to make your self a hot cup of tea so you will have to wait for waiters to wash a cup and sauce for you.
Lovely area near the sea with the party boats docking nearby with loud music or tourist passing by and waving from the small boats.
The staff was welcoming, and always willing to help.
Perfect for short stay and the property could benefit from a renovation to make it more welcoming.
