I really enjoyed my stay at this resort, staff is helpful and friendly. The only thing I wish they would change is the bringing back towels before 5pm to get your card back. We never leave the beach before 5pm is too much of a hassle.

From the arrival on the property staff were all very helpful. Front desk were also patient with our request and helped us make some adjustments. Maid service great. Pools were great. Lots of families. Beach was about rocky, but no complaints. Appreciated that I did have access to local artisans, but no allowed to harrass on prooerty. Food was great. Overall a awesome time has by all

A very nice stay! The pools and waterpark were great and staff were very friendly. Food and cleaning service was really good as well. I left my purse by the pool at night by mistake and the staff watched it until I returned and nothing was missing! Would definitely recommend.

I did not like that food options as it lacked the Jamaican flavor and culture that I wanted. I traveled to experience Jamaica which included their food but instead I was constantly being given American cuisine.

Ocean Coral is a beautiful property but doesn’t compare to others I’ve stayed at in Jamaica. The food did NOT represent Jamaica- At ALL! This is my 2nd stay at an Ocean 10 property & food is NOT this hotel franchises strong suit. House keeping could take all day to clean your room.which is an issue after being gone on an excursion & return hours later & your room not being refreshed then having to leave so they could finally come- then a half ass job done. The beach is very small, with limited sand and unideal water/ swimming conditions. The lazy river was great! And my son enjoyed the play area! There is no teen club or little kids club with activities that they can be dropped off at. Overall, we had a decent time because we love Jamaica but we would choose another resort in the future

I upgraded when I got there an did not receive none of the services that came with the upgrade was told by a supervisor that just because I upgraded doesn’t mean I get all the benefits like what what’s the since in upgrading then they called my room Friday asked what I needed I told them no one came Saturday same thing no one came I seen the lady that checked me in explained it to her what happened she said I was supposed to get the services asked my room number never heard from her again either so don’t upgrade thinking your getting the services that privelage gets.
