I would recommend staying on the eclipse side of the property. It looks completely modern new and clean. It’s such a breath of fresh air being in such a quiet luxury hotel that’s still in Montego Bay. The issue we had was that for this to be a five star resort not all the staff members were warm and welcoming and helpful. we had an issue with our shower, not working the first night and the night manager and night staff were so nice and accommodating, and put us in another room. But other than that, most of the staff were not up to par with their service like most five-star hotels we stay at. The lady who checked us in had a bit of an attitude because we wanted to get content because we are travel bloggers. Instead of coming up with a solution, she tried to stop us completely and had an attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to create content. The hotel pool staff ran out of clean towels that go over the lounge chairs so instead he gave us a regular towels to put on our chairs that is not something we expect at a five star resort. We are really picky with which hotels we stay at so we expect a lot if the hotel is rated for five stars and we just felt like the service was lacking. The property is beautiful quiet and we had a really great time at Lester‘s bar on property. All the staff at Lester’s bar were nice. I think that the staff members need extra training on how to go above and beyond for gas who expect that level of service from a five star hotel.
