Stunning Seafront Villa Cornovaglia Private Access to the Sea

This elegant Tuscany sea property has direct access to the water and amazing views onto the sea and Isola Rossa the islands of Giannutri and Giglio. It is located in a unique position and its is known to be one of the most exclusive houses of Monte Argentario because it has its own descent to the sea, you will not need to go by car anywhere else!

It is situated in the bay Le Cannelle in front of Isola Rossa in Monte Argentario just a 15 minutes drive by car from the sea villageof Porto Santo Stefano.

The villa is fully airconditioned and renovated in the 2023 and accommodates 10 guest (5 rooms and 4 bathrooms) with large and spacious communal areas. Full privacy is guaranteed as there are no neighbours that can see any part of the house or garden.

You will have a unique emotion looking at the full moon rising behind the Saracen Tower. The sound of the sea lapping against the rocks will be the background of your holiday. Don’t miss the feeling of swimming in the purest water of the Mediterranean sea.

Description:
This stylish seafront villa is under complete renovation and the entire house is fitted with air-conditioning and solar energy. The architecture is designed by it's owner architect Andrea Magnaghi and the outside garden has been designed by architect Blu Mambor. The atmosphere is elegant and maritime. The spacious living room, with its walls made of local stones, have a beautiful fireplace and large and large modern sliding windows into the garden. From this living room the view over the sea is breathtaking and is connected to the garden area with many outdoor sitting areas under the shades.

The fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, oven, large fridges, freezers, dish washer, washing machine, fryer, is the most pleasant and cozy space of the villa. From here you can access the well groomed garden and the outside patio area, with a big wooden table with chairs. The kitchen will allow you to arrange sophisticated meals for your guests. Beautiful plates and glasses are available as also everyday plates and cutlery.

On the ground level, there are 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Two with en-suite bathrooms (shower and bathtub) , and the other two rooms share a large bathroom with bathtub. On the upper level there is the master bedroom with an indoor bathroom with shower and a large beautiful private terrace that overlooks the sea and and outside shower also. The terrace is decorated with day beds and writing table.

Outdoor area
The beautiful and sunny garden overlooks the Saracen Tower and sea side with breathtaking views. You can relax on the big masonry sofa with white pillows, or on the hammock under the trees. There is also a solarium area with sun beds and outdoor shower.
The master bedroom on the 1st floor also has its own private large terrace, sofas and solarium.
The private path leads you to the rocks and to Le Cannelle beach so you will not need the car to go anywhere!

There is a large dining table for 10 people under the tress and beautiful view of the sea.

Extras included Le Cannelle Beach Club:
From our garden a private path takes you down to the sea (3 minutes walk). If you wish you can also access the Cannelle Private Beach Club as our villa is member. You have access to the beach club reserved for members only on the Le Cannelle beach with sunbeds for the sea (free use), a nice bistro café where you can have lunch and dinner. In addition you also have the possibility of access to the wonderful saltwater swimming pool also reserved also reserved for members only (there is a charge of 15 euros per day for the use of the pool, showers and sunbeds in this area).

La casa ha una vista unica, eccezionale anche il giardino e gli spazi esterni che permettono una piacevole convivialità, Gli arredamenti interni , fatta eccezione per la sala e la stanza padronale, sono datati e andrebbero rivisti. I bagni in particolare non sono all’altezza della casa. Da migliorare anche le pulizie. Comodi e funzionali i 4 posti auto.

Net huis, volledig uitgerust. Met liefde ingericht. Hele fijn tuinlounche. Prachtig uitzicht. Fijne communicatie met eigenaren. Zee is te bereiken via een klim van een paar minuten. Let op de zee kan je alleen bereiken door over rotsen te klimmen. Buitendouche. Er is geen zwembad bij het huis. . Je kan wel tegen betaling gebruik maken van een zwembad op een paar autominuten afstand.

Seminar
Die Lage des Objekts ist traumhaft. Wir haben ein Seminar abgehalten für das es wirklich sehr geeignet ist. Die Aufenthaltsräume innen sowie außen sind sehr großzügig. Unter den Stechmücken haben wir sehr gelitten, da werden wir uns das nächste Mal besser vorbereiten. Das Meer ist fantastisch.

Une maison pleine de charme
Avec une vue à couper le souffle. Assez loin de tout (20 mns de Porto Santo Stefano). Mais c est très agréable. Une eau de mer cristalline (avec accès ardu à ne pas conseiller aux parents de petits enfants car l accès à la mer est un chemin de chèvre dans les rochers) accès privilégié à une petite plage privée avec bar de plage (et piscine payante). Excellent accueil de la famille qui loue. Je recommande chaudement nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans notre « nid d aigle » où tout est très bien conçu (plusieurs terrasses et endroits de détente)
