Area attractions include a State Park with golf and pool facilities; world class fishing, historic lighthouse and state park, local wineries; galleries, art museums & gardens; and an array of restaurants. Within walking distance to Gurney's Resort and Spa, and beaches.

Three bedrooms and two baths include:
1. Master bedroom with a Queen and a Twin bed + an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower;
2. One bedroom with a Queen size bed;
3. One bedroom with twin bed
4. A hallway full bathroom with tub and shower
