Hither Hills 2BR Montauk Cottage - walk to beach!

Two bedroom/ 1 bath cottage located in coveted Hither Hills. Cottage includes key access to private parking lots along Old Montauk Highway that access a mile of private sandy ocean beach under the supervision of the Montauk Beach Property Owners Association, (MBPOA).

As per East Hampton rental laws our minimum stay is 15 days. We are also happy to have you as our guest for longer stays (monthly, etc). Thank you for your interest in our cottage!

**Pls note: towels and bed linens are not provided for our home rental. You will need to bring your own for your stay.**

104 Adams is a wonderful place to stay.
The interior of the cottage is well laid out, nicely furnished and is decorated in a nautical theme. The kitchen is well-supplied and has good appliances. The air conditioners work well and there are ceiling fans in the master bedroom and kitchen. The living room and deck overlook a tree-shaded backyard and the cottage is surrounded by flowers and plantings. And, of course, the nearby ocean beach is a star attraction!

Our Cottage In Hither Hills!
This cottage is super charming. It was bigger than we had expected. Perfect for two people and an occasional visitor as the 2nd bedroom is bunkbeds. The back-deck is great to hang. Close to town. We'll be back!
