No river view!
We paid for a ‘superior double room with river view’ The room was a good size but due to the trees outside being too tall and in full foliage, there was no river view. Even though this is not under the hotel’s control, it should not be advertised as a river view and we should not have paid more for the privilege of not seeing the river!

Very modern hotel, room and bathroom like new. Nice touch of offering a kettle with tea and coffee as well as glasses. Reception was very welcoming with fresh fruits set out on counter. Staff was speaking English well, and was super friendly and efficient at check in. Parking is easy behind the hotel yet there is no direct access to the lobby. We used the adjacent hotel parking to walk to the lobby without taking any stairs, alternatively you go back to the street and take the stairs up to the reception.

A beautiful hotel, well located for access to the town centre and surrounding area. Parking was perfect! The member of staff at check in dealt with a technical issue very efficiently. His English was perfect, even pronounciing my Welsh name correctly!

Personnel d étage ( femme de ménage ) qui rentre le premier jour dans votre chambre sans même frapper avec ne pas déranger accroché, à la porte de la chambre ( car j’étais sous la douche) sans même trouver ça gênant et le lendemain sans doute la même personne du moins je l’espère pour l hôtel une dame plutôt grande avec un turban qui ne donne pas son prénom mais qui vous dit de partir de la chambre un dimanche matin à 9h50 alors que les chambres doivent être libérées pour 11h 00. Motif: «  elle, elle travaille » et vous, vous n'êtes que le client lol. Incroyable et lamentable ! Comme quoi les tontons flingueurs ont mal vieillis et désormais il est bon ton de ne plus revenir à Montauban ou du moins de ne plus jamais remettre les pieds dans ce pseudo 4 étoiles. 1ere et dernière fois. Apparemment, je ne suis pas le premier client à qui ça arrive d’après la réception qui a tenté de rattraper le coup devant ma sidération mais le plus cocasse c’est que la femme de ménage se dédouane sur la direction et la réception pour justifier sa conduite. À bon entendeur … vous savez ce qui peut vous arriver.

Heel goed bereikbaar modern hotel. Je bent in 2 minuten van de rondweg de parkeerplaats opgereden en 1 minuut later op je kamer. Bijzonder goed ingedeeld hotel, ergonomisch. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Voldoende haken, aflegruimtes in de badkamer. Ontbijt uitstekend en efficiënt. In 5-10 minuten wandelen in het centrum
