Es una vivienda de construcción tradicional en piedra y única planta que consta de tres amplios dormitorios dobles con tres baños incluidos en las habitaciones. Dispone de un espectacular salón, un gran comedor y una moderna cocina. En el exterior podemos contar con una amplísima terraza solárium. Tiene a disposición también una barbacoa y un horno de leña para preparar auténticas comidas de campo.

Todo el edificio tiene una superficie construida de 122 m 2.
