The Riviera Apartments are situated on the seafront, right on Porquerola Beach. The communal area, equipped with a swimming pool for both adults and children, provides direct access to the beach.

This is the ideal accommodation for a tranquil seaside holiday, fully equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

Our complex offers several apartments, making it perfect for families traveling together. While minor differences may exist in certain basic features or furnishings/decor among accommodations, they all share the same main amenities. Specific requests for a particular apartment, view, or floor are not guaranteed and are subject strictly to availability. Feel free to make such requests during the booking process.

APARTMENT LAYOUT:

The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Porquerola Beach: This extensive, narrow beach, stretching over 2.5 km, is located on the outskirts of Miami with few buildings. It is distinguished by the perfect harmony of the sea and a natural, untamed environment.

Here, you can sunbathe and swim in the serene, clean waters. Due to its narrowness and lack of crowds, you can enjoy the shoreline without being surrounded by many people. Access involves walking along easy but somewhat remote, yet beautiful, paths. In the evenings, it's common to spot small groups of fishermen trying their luck with their rods. Despite its almost untouched surroundings, La Porquerola Beach offers various services.

Le lieu est agréable et à l'écart de la foule. l'accès à la plage est direct et également de la restauration aux bar directement sur la plage. Les enfants peuvent jouer en toutes sécurité ainsi que dans la résidence. Vacances idéal pour une famille. Le point négatif le montant de la location n'est pas en adéquation avec la prestation notamment des équipements. maque de rangement / équipements de cuisines...

Preis Leistung war gerade noch ok.
Sauberkeit bei Übergabe war nicht sehr gut. Haare und ähnliches vom vorgänger vorhanden. Geschirr war schmutzig. Küchenutensilien waren alt und nur das allernötigste. Anlage alt aber gepflegt. Wifi war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Viel ständig aus und war auf dem Balkon gar nicht vorhanden...

Équipements insuffisant
Appartement très peu équipé. Pas de ventilateur et la climatisation se trouve uniquement au salon. Très peu de rangements. Nous avons dû acheter 1 tapis de bain, des crochets pour linges et un bac pour la vaisselle.
