Rude staff. You ask for more towels and extra pillow and they throw a fit. Manager was the worst besides house keeping staff. Let’s call her black Betty for I don’t know or care to remember her name made the whole stay a nightmare.

Rude staff! Ask a simple question for extra towels and pillow it’s like pulling teeth. Rooms half assed cleaned dirty floors everywhere. Broken light fixtures broken toilets black mold on the floors and mirrors. People selling and buying drugs from rooms. Overall very unclean hotel

There was no one at the front desk. I waited over 10 minutes to be checked in, then the room they placed me in room 222 the heat and air was not working. Went back to front desk and waited for over 20 minutes to get someone to come to desk. They changed my room but there were no towels in the room

This was a terrible stay I will never come there or referr anyone. The place was nastybi asked to be move due to the condition the staff had the nerve to be rude. I was so freaking pissed off. Never again .

Room was SO dirty. When asked to view the room front desk woman was mad. When coming back to tell her we weren’t going to stay (bc the bed had multiple hairs on the sheets, bath tub had what looked to be pubic hairs, and to top it off a HUGE roach hanging out on the “fresh” towel. ) employee stormed off, went to verify what I had told her and then proceeds to yell and tell me she “dont like how I did that room “ referring to the fact that I pulled the covers back to look at the sheets. Employee also told me she would be adding my name to a “no-rent” list to ensure I would never be able to stay at another motel 6.
