The staff was extremely friendly. The room size and setup was perfect. The bathroom was very nice. The room itself had very poor lighting, the lampshades were yellowing and shade frames were crooked, and the blackout window shade had huge orange stains all over it. The tv didn’t have a guide of any sort, not even a laminated card to tell what channels belonged to what network.

You screwed up
The stay didnt happen. You screwed up the reservation and i wasnt able to check in. I had to go to a different hotel and pay to stay there. I want my money back.

Pretty nice place
Check-in was fine. No issues, but the man talked fast and was a little difficult to understand with his accent. The room was nice and seemed clean. The bed was comfortable. The gym needs a little attention. One of the 10-lb dumbbells is missing, the weight machine doesn’t have all its parts and the cable sheathing is worn in places. However, the Towels, wipes, and water dispenser were nice to have.

The guy at check in was not friendly at all, the room smelled horrible. The whole hotel had an awful smell really. Would not stay there again.
