Wonderful stay for concert at casino
Spent a night for a girls trip. Went to a concert at the casino. Just a five minute walk! Very comfortable bed and very clean. Amazing hot shower. Lots of parking. Great free breakfast. Front desk staff person was very professional and helpful. Overall excellent experience and would definitely stay again!

The only thing I would note on is that there are pretty wild potholes through the parking lot that need tending to. Otherwise it was an awesome stay and everything was wonderful.

Over all the room was clean and nice. But when it came for the maid service to come, they didn't. so I went my whole five day trip with no one to come in and clean, grab the trash and had to go down and ask for clean towels. When I brought this up all they did was say sorry. Would I stay here again ? No. Was it a bad stay, also no.

I was a bit dissapointed. I uses to go to that hotel so often when kids were little, but now it seems they changed owners and unfortunatly it shows. I have made a reservation online so I wouldnt have to wait at front desk too long. It was really cold inside, like there was no heating in the building, at least the part we were in, besides in the rooms. Then when I checked in, they had already given our hockey suite to someone else... So I paid almost 300$ for a room they rent $187 with 2 double beds... The blanket was so thin I froze all night and I tried calling to the front desk many times but they never took my calls. Morning came, we were probably in the first people there at 7, and breakfast potatoes were dry and cold, so I guess it was from the previous morning. Sausages were cold too. No more omelet station. There was way less stuff then they used to have for the 11 precedent years we stayed there many times/year. So yeah we are not going back and I want at least a partial refund. Thanks!

Understaffed although very friendly. 5 ladies in a suite, however only 3 towels. Had to get a cot because couch was broken and wouldn't pull out into a bed. Stayed 2 nights for $475....staff never tidied room in between nights, so the 3 towels never got replenished. Had to call desk several time but towels never came. Went to front desk and employee was rude, however found us 5 hand towels so we could shower. It was a disappointing stay!
