Best View in Menton
This apartment is very comfortable and very well equipped. The balcony is perfect for breakfast in the morning and a cocktail at the end of the day. The view is spectacular and you never get tired of looking at the Mediterranean.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Sie verfügt über einen ausreichend großen Balkon mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf Menton und das Meer, den man sowohl vom Schlafzimmer als auch vom Wohnzimmer aus hat, und den wir sehr genossen haben. Die Wohnung und auch das ganze Gebäude sind sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sie verfügt über einen Aufzug und einen Stellplatz. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Annie verlief sehr nett und unkompliziert. Susana, die sich vor Ort um die Wohnung kümmert, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wodurch wir uns sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben fühlten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Erwartungen wurden insgesamt erfüllt.
Die Lage mit dem schönen Meeresblick wurde nur durch die nahe vorbeiführende Bahnlinie und die etwas schwierige Zufahrt zum Wohnhaus getrübt. Die Übergabe der Wohnung konnte nur mit Hilfe von Mitbewohnern geregelt werden.

Die Wohnung ist on Lage und Ausstattung super. Menton war eine Entdeckung: die Nähe zu den Bergen und zu Nizza haben wir genossen, die Strandpromenade und die italienische Gastronomie

splendide !
... le panorama sur la baie de Menton depuis la terrasse de l'appartement situé au 4éme étage de la résidence... Mais un tel spectacle, cela se mérite et la voie d'accès, en effet, est raide et sinueuse et nécessite un temps d'apprentissage. Mais bon, on peut toujours rejoindre à pied le centre ville tout proche. Par contre il est déconseillé de remonter à pied avec 2 packs d'eau minérale. L'appart n'est pas inutilement luxueux, mais vaste, fonctionnel, bien équipé. Echanges très agréables avec Annie, la propriétaire, et excellent accueil par Suzana, notre contact sur place. Séjour très agréable pendant la fête du citron. (le parking est très appréciable à cette occasion où il est quasiment impossible de se garer et de circuler les jours de corso). Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour.🤩🤩🤩

Le chemin est un peu difficile mais la vue de l'appartement le mérite bien. Très agréable séjour à Menton. Merci à Mme Marceau de nous avoir accueilli dans son bel appartement. Une adresse que nous conserverons précieusement.

Hauteurs de Menton
Très joli appartement dans une résidence récente sur les hauteurs de Menton tout en étant très près du centre. Très propre et avec tout le confort nécessaire - Balcon avec vue sur toute la baie tres agréable - Sur le site Abritel, il n’apparaît pas qu’il faut réserver les draps et les serviettes, ni que c’est payant. Ça n’a pas été un problème dans mon cas, mais si cela est nécessaire, il faut le faire apparaître. En dehors de cela, location tout à fait conforme à l’information présentée sur le site.

Tolles Appartment, sauber, gepflegt, grosser Balkon und sehr liebe Leute, die uns den Schlüssel und Tipps gaben. Die kurvenreiche und steile Anfahrt ist eine Herausforderung, aber was man dafür bekommt ist unbeschreiblich. Eine Aussicht aufs ganze Meer und trotz Stadtnähe recht ruhig. Die Mücken mochten die Wohnung auch, aber dafür gibt es ja wirksame Mittel. Herzlichen Dank an Dieter, Susanne, Suzana und Annie für die tollen Ferien! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Super location vue imprenable sur menton conforme à l offre
Propriétaire très sympathique excellent accueil bien situé a 5 mn du centre un petit bémol l acces en voiture et la montée à pied un peu difficile . Ce petit détail est très vite oublié avec la superbe vue et la qualité de location

Toller Urlaub mit unvergesslicher Aussicht!
Großzügige Wohnung auch für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche mit einer ansprechenden Einrichtung. Von einem großen Balkon dürften wir bei jeder Mahlzeit einen tollen Ausblick genießen: traumhaft! Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso der Bahnhof, wenn man Ausflüge nach Monaco oder Nizza unternehmen will. Die Zufahrt mit Auto ist etwas steil und kurvig aber unproblematisch. Der Empfang und Einweisungen sowie Tipps von Suzana waren sehr freundlich und man hat sich gleich sehr wohl gefühlt! Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Licht auf dem Balkon für die Abende. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Elisabeth und Wolfgang

Ma femme et moi avons été enchanté de notre séjour dans votre appartement. Propre, bien équipé, tranquille, proche de tout, et une vue sur la ville et la mer sans pareil! Les anglais disent "a view to die for"... La région est belle à visiter et nous nous sommes régalés! Le seul "négatif"... Nous avons découvert ce qu'est se déplacer dans les rues étroites de la région... Pas facile pour des petits vieux... mais vous n'y êtes pour rien. Cela fait parte de la réalité de la Côte d'Azure. Encore un grand merci. Nous garderons le contact pour nous, ainsi que pour nos amis et famille.

Magnifique vue..au calme
Nous avons séjourné 4 jours en janvier dans cet appartement avec mes parents âgés. L'appartement est vraiment très fonctionnel ; une chambre à chaque bout de l'appartement, salle de bain et toilettes au milieu, ce qui permets d 'être indépendants. Il est possible de ne pas monter un seul escalier pour atteindre l'appartement. Ascenseur au niveau du parking... intéressant quand vous êtes avec des personnes qui ont des difficultés pour marcher. Il est très propre, très bien équipé, et ne parlons pas de la vue... MAGNIFIQUE !!! L'accueil de Suzanna est adorable ; quant à la propriétaire elle est vraiment très disponible pour répondre à toutes questions avant le départ. Consignes d'arrivée hyper précises. Quant à l'accès il peut surprendre.. quelques virages à angle droit..mais tout se mérite. Vraiment une adresse à retenir, pas loin de la ville, mais au calme. N'hésitez pas ! Quant à nous nous y retournerons certainement Evelyne et Gérard

Sensationnel !
Nous avons adoré le cadre de vie de Menton, l'arrière pays, la plage et le soleil qui y régnait. L'appartement était en tout point conforme à notre attente, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Susana et de son amie ont fait le reste. Nous ne nous sommes jamais lassés de prendre nos repas face à la mer ! Quant à la route d'accès, c'est l'affaire de 2 jours pour s'y sentir à l'aise. Location à recommander !
