We liked our Ocean front Unit. It was very quit and relaxing. All the units next to us were adults only which was nice for this type of vacation. This hotel is far away from any other hotels or restaurants Local fish at dinner cost us $80 for one dish (!!) dinner for a couple with a glass of wine is about $250-$300. Good idea to get their meal plan. FYI: Specialty coffee are not included in the hotel package Highlights were: Breakfast, adults pool. renting a boat going snorkeling and seeing the Sand-Bar

I could only give 3 stars. The over-the-water bungalows are over a man made incove so no coral, and water sports won’t provide mask and snorkel even if you offer to pay. The area for non-motorized water sports is quite small and the quantum of equipment quite limited. The private boat hire is 50%-100% higher than where we stayed the prior week in Vanua Levu. When we arrived and onboarded, the computers were out, so we didn’t even learn about the adults only pool and hot tub on the far end of the horseshoe shaped resort until our second to last day. The gym is small with only one bike, one working treadmill out of two, one rower and 2 benches. The non-adult-only swim up bar is understaffed with one poor employee having to wait on usually 5+ guests at a time. And due to their own internal computer errors we were double billed for airport transfers although through meaningful pain as our transfer back to Nandi was waiting we managed to fix this. All that said - the fish bar is excellent, once you find your way to the adult pool it is great and the pool side food there is really good (better than at the general pools), the breakfast is well organized, and the room cleaning staff is excellent. The spa is well run with very friendly staff, and the 2x/week outside buffet with grilled fish and cava ceremony is tasty. If you like pre-designed resort hotels, you will likely enjoy this Marriott; but to be honest, we felt like we could be anywhere, not a fully Fiji experience.

We stayed on one of the overwater Bure. I booked Marriott several mos before the trip & did not think that the price dropped significantly a month prior and days prior to the trip - by A LOT. For the price I paid for Marriott Fiji I feel like other overwater villas we stayed in Maldives - the other hotel/resort were better and cheaper. All dining options though for the Fiji Marriott at the resort are exceptional. The lagoon water on the overwater Bure was not that clear.

If you’re after a comfortable, stress-free escape geared towards families, Fiji Marriott Momi Bay delivers. It’s not the most “authentic” local experience, nor does it have the reef diversity of the outer islands, but the overwater bungalows provide accessible luxury and ease within reach of Nadi.

Gorgeous resort, very well maintained, great food. Beds were firm. We stayed in a bure on the beach - perfect room for us with a 2 year old- we had his cot in the walk through wardrobe and it was great to paddle on what felt like our own private beach. Resort is big, we were about as far away as you could get but really didn't mind. We opted for all inclusive food (which is meals) but not the drinks package as we just don't drink enough to make it worth it. Looking forward to coming back next year.

The hotel is too far away from Port Denerau where you need to access any activities. We cut our stay short by two days so we could spend time time on the islands. As it is “man made” the beaches are okay but not like the real thing. The food was hit and miss with some meals inedible. We paid $258FJ for the seafood buffet but could not eat it. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved my Lagoon Bure king room was obsessed so beautiful. the Girl in the front was the best and sweetest the nurse saved my trip since I wasn’t feeling good loved them both . Better experience then my other room . Genereral managed was not very helpful or nice. Would get mad at me for even asking for changed . Don’t acknowledge me at all . Overall love my experience here . Everyone else was super friendly . Recommend room 2090 or 2096

It was horrble toilet made noise the alarm was blinking the whole time . Sink was flooded . They didn’t give a discount and over charge worth maybe 200 dollars not 550

The Fiji Marriott is a beautiful resort with some wonderful staff. Our room was a Duplex Bure Lagoon side and it was a fantastic room with an amazing room. You are right next too another Bure in a semi detached type of situation and the bloke next door liked to shout down his phone loudly on the deck. The resort is very well kept and is easy to walk around but there are golf carts passing all the time if you don’t want to walk as the resort is spread out. We had a facial and massage at the spa and they were fantastic and also very well priced. I would recommend highly. The staff were the most part really lovely, only exception were on reception which is odd as they are 1st and last point of contact. They seemed bored and were sometimes unfriendly. Any one at the pool or restaurants were amazing as were the gardeners and spa staff. Only down point for me was the food. It was really not great. If you are a big foodie you would be disappointed. The cocktails whilst delicious were different every time. However if you more interested in a beautiful resort and relaxing this would be the place for you. if your looking for fine dining this may not suit.

I loved the property and the staff was great! Unfortunately, I had an issue where something I thought was a tooth was found in my food which turned out to be some hard plastic they say and chipped my tooth. I received a bottle of wine and late checkout which I am grateful for, but it was all inclusive and I was scared to eat after. I hope to get my tooth repaired but time will tell after I have my lawyer reach out. I would probably still go back as the property is gorgeous if they get that hot tub actually hot as well. 🙏
