It is located in the urbanization Marina de la Torre within walking distance of the sea and bus stop (500m). The apartment was recently painted and refurbished. The layout is as follows: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), kitchen with dishwasher, living room with flat screen and sofa bed, storage room with washing machine and patio. You can relax on the spacious terrace or at the beautiful swimming pool with sea view. There is WIFI in the apartment. It is an ideal apartment for a family with children or 2 couples as there are 2 bathrooms.

Nearby is the white village of Mojácar, known as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain; still nearby are Carboneras, Vera, Villaricos and Garrucha with its fishing port. A few kilometers away in Vera Playa is the Aqua Vera aqua park.
