Clean and well appointed
Clean and small but just what we needed. We were heading to Cooperstown for the weekend and local hotels were booked and / or too pricey. About 30 min from there but we managed ok. Neighborhood house is sketchy with boarded up window and off hours

My husband and I came to town for a family wedding and wanted a place to avoid the hustle and bustle. This property was just what we were looking for. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with all the amenities that we needed. Will definitely stay again when in town!!

Mohawk Stay
We visited our hometown to attend a wedding. Property was clean and well kept. No issues with noise or traffic sounds. The village itself is a quiet place to begin with in the area. The Roku TV thing we found hard to use and cumbersome so we streamed from our iPads to TV using Airplay and accessing our cable carrier. We didn’t watch much TV as we were out most of the time visiting nevertheless we tried to keep up with news. Suggest bringing a firestick if you have one. The bed was a full size so if you are a bit of a larger person it could be “tight”

Very nice stay!
Lovely apartment with everything we needed! Very clean, comfortable furnishings with a positive decor. The owner had very thoughtful touches for guests, such as welcoming notes, snacks, games, etc. The porch was lovely for morning coffee, and we appreciated having a designated parking spot(s). Would definitely recommend!
