THE VACATION HOME IS NOT SUITABLE HOWEVER, FOR PERSONS WITH MOBILITY ISSUES) You enter through a private gate with a short flight of steps to the Sun Terrace which is perfect for breakfasting in the morning sunshine, for sun bathing throughout the day, and Alfresco Dining.
All the amenities you will need for your vacation can be found here, Playa Costa Alegre Beach cove with its sheltered sea pool, bars and eateries, Beach club bar and restaurant, which offers incomparable sea views and Sunsets, approx 6 mins walk; while a stroll along the coastal path takes you to further coves, restaurants, Patalavaca beach and then the beautiful Caribbean sands of Anfi del mar. Complete self catering options are available in the fully equipped Deluxe Kitchen with top quality appliances + a fully filtered drinking water system, a separate utility room houses a washing machine. The kitchen has a full fridge freezer eye level oven, a Full hob and extractor dishwasher and microwave etc. For Dining out there are Restaurants by the ocean to suit every palate and amongst the winding Lanes, a further selection of street cafe's, restaurants and Bars .There is both an excellent Taxi and bus service available from Arguineguin to all areas; Golf courses within a 15 minute drive, beautiful mountains with traditional villages, stunning coastlines of the south, cosmopolitan Las Palmas and the beautiful northern landscape of the island all to be explored, so a hire car would be advantages to enjoy all our diverse island has to offer( on road parking at the property for hire cars.
For an evening at home, the lounge has the same extensive views and leads directly to the terrace, the lounge offers inside dining if you prefer; A 55 TV with Movistar channels and all the usual apps, should you wish to log on with your own home accounts) The bluetooth MP3 player offers a selection of music Cds for your pleasure.
There are two Bedrooms via the stairs; The Master Bedroom shares the open views, has a King size bed with over head silent fans for a comfortable night, a large amount of storage, Double fitted his and hers wardrobes containing a built in safe, the home has full double glazing throughout as standard, should you be visiting during local fiestas.
The guest Bedroom has a king double bed ( WHICH YOU MAY HAVE SET AS 2 SINGLES on request if you prefer; This makes it ideal for couples who prefer their own bedroom, or for friends who vacation together. The home has a max occupancy of 3, the Bathroom is central to both bedrooms with a shower over a low level step in bath, there is also a small convenient courtesy toilet on the ground floor. The home has been comprehensively Updated July 2024. There is a separate office & storeroom with a separate entrance at street level for the occasional use of staff and home upkeep. should you have any further questions please enquire using ask the owner. A linen and towel change every 7 days is included.
Arguineguin is Famous for its calm waters and fishing Fleet, delivering all types of freshly caught fish to Restaurants and local supermarkets Daily. From the harbour you can take boat trips along the Beautiful Coastline or stroll along the Coastal path walk with shoreline Restaurants bars beaches and coves. walking, swimming, Cycling , diving , deep sea fishing and mountain biking are very popular with a Pro bike hire shop a short walk away; Water sports facilities of all types are available in nearby Anfi and Puerto Rico base. Lopesan Meloneras golf course, Anfi Tauro Golf course and Salobre Golf are very popular throughout the year and all within a short 15 minute drive.
There is a taxi service readily available outside arrivals at the Airport, there is a direct bus from the airport to Arguineguin no 91.

Lovely apartment with lovely balcony
This apartment must be one of the nicest and best equipped properties we have stayed in during the past ten years. It is a full-sized two bedroom, semi-detached house on two floors, including a roomy kitchen and separate sitting room. The furniture was excellent, including the beds. Plenty of high quality dishes, pots and pans, cooking gear, etc. There was even a garlic crusher! Excellent quality cooking appliances, large fridge, oven, microwave - and very speedy wifi (as well as large TV with associated programmes). Large balcony overlooking the town of Arguineguin, which got the sun between about 09.30 and 15.00. Two comfortable loungers with pads. An especially generous supply of very high quality towels for beach, balcony and bathroom. We also benefitted from the advice and assistance of the apartment's host, Sue; who happens to live nearby. I thought it was reasonably priced for such well-equipped accommodation. Highly recommended.

From our first contact with the property Manager Sue, we knew we were coming to a well organised property. Communication was clear and timely, the property was very clean and had all we needed for a relaxing stay just a few minutes walk down to the town, beach and waterfront.

The best quality rental apartment we have ever stayed in
Beautifully presented and immaculately clean property. The outstanding thing is the high quality of ALL the equipment in the apartment. Fantastic kitchen wth quality appliances, extremely well equipped with everything for serious self-catering cooking (loads of sharp knives - who ever finds them in a rental property?). Very comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Superb lounge (bigger and more comfortable than it looks on the photos) with massive TV and good quality hifi. Library of books and CD's. Excellent utility room. Loads of shade and sun on the terrace with very comfortable sunloungers & reclining chairs. If you love walking, the location is brilliant - a short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. If you struggle with hills or steps, you should have a car or other means of getting around. The manager Sue was extremely helpful and always available on Whatsapp for any queries. Although it sleeps four, and there are two sunbeds and two loungers on the terrace, the kitchen, lounge and dining options might feel a bit cramped. We were there as a couple, so had all the room in the world. We wouldn't hesitate to return and hope we can asap.

The property was well equipped. And, Sue was fabulous in terms of information and helping us to become more familiar w/ the area. We explored the entire island and got to enjoy everything that the Gran Canary Island had to offer. EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED
We had a very good four week stay at this nice house, which had everything we needed, and was exceptionally clean, with good towels and linens, comfy beds and pillows. We particularly enjoyed the large terrace which had the sun until 4 pm in February. Easy 7 minute walk into town, and not much more coming back up. We were very well looked after by Sue who was there to greet us on arrival, and was nearby for any advice. Arguineguin is a very pleasant town with plenty of shops and restaurants, and not as busy as the tourist hotspots further along the coast.

Lovely House in Arguineguin
We have stayed in many holiday rentals over the years and can honestly say that this house is the cleanest and best equipped we’ve ever had. The terrace has really good quality furniture and the right mix of sun and shade for most of the day. The local taxis are brilliant, reasonably priced and reliable. Arguineguin is on the bus route from Las Palmas to Puerto de Mogan so easy to get to anywhere along that route including the airport.. The manager, Sue, lives around the corner and is always available if required. She’s also happy to chat and give information about the area. Would highly recommend this property.

We have just spent five wonderful weeks at this excellent home. Everything was perfect about the house and location. We found the house very comfortable, very well maintained, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and has everything you could possibly need. We spent a lot of time enjoying the spacious terrace, which gets the sun for most of the day and has a lovely view. We were able to walk to the waterfront, restaurants, supermarkets and shops so didn't need a car. The housekeeper, Suzanne, lives near by and was an added bonus. She provided advice and information and went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after. We are very happy to recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic House in Arguineguin
We rented this fantastic house for 5 days , the house was cleaned to a very high standard. It has everything you require for a great holiday , the house is superbly equipped with all you need and more !! It also has a completely new kitchen , with first class appliances. The lovely terrace gets the sun from first thing in the morning till around 3 pm when we visited in November. The house is situated a short walk from the lovely town of Arguineguin . And finally the house is managed by Sue who is absolutely fantastic and is a credit to the company . Nothing was too much bother and she went out her way to make you welcome, a truly fantastic host .

Great Time

Wir hatten eine entspannte Woche im wirklich komplett ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Besonders Sues Herzlichkeit bei Empfang und Abreise sorgte für gute Laune. Zu Fuss sind es wirklich sieben Minuten zum Strand und Ortszentrum, dort gibt es genügend Läden. Trotzdem ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert, ein guter Standort für Touren über die Insel! Leckeren frischen Fisch gibt es im Hafen zu kaufen oder im Restaurant

Just back from 4 weeks in this lovely, cosy and very clean home. Were received by the perfect hoast Sue with the keys, and she told us all we needed to know about the house. Perfect for two, just like home, and the kitchen is new and fully equipped. Large terrace with sun from early morning till 16:00. Via the stairs just on the other side of the street you can walk to the beach in 10 min. and to two big supermarkets in 12-15 min. as well as restaurants. Quick and easy communication with Sue if we had any questions. Cleaning and fresh linen and towels once a week. Have been visiting Arguineguin for many years, but this is first class. Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus.
Das Reiheneckhaus liegt fast am Ende einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Die Übergabe wurde durch einem netten deutschen Nachbarn der Verwalterin Suzanne durchgeführt. Die Kommunikation mit Suzanne ist in englisch. Das Ferienhaus war in einem sehr sauberem Zustand, gut eingerichtet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nach jeder Woche wurde eine Reinigung, Wäschewechsel und Handtuchwechsel durchgeführt. Alle guten Beurteilungen über diese Unterkunft entsprechen der Wahrheit und wir möchten uns hiermit bei Suzanne bedanken, sie ist eine tolle Verwalterin dieses Ferienhauses. Es gibt keine deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Bei geöffnetem Schlafzimmerfenster wird es früh Morgens, durch die fast täglich kommende Müllabfuhr und dem anschließenden Autoverkehr der unterhalb liegenden Zufahrtsstraße zu dieser oberhalb von Aguineguin liegenden Siedlung, laut.
