Shower no hot water for 2 days.did contact owner and plummer came.then the water was so hot you couldnt stand it..also didnt say that there are 32 steps to roof terrace. We are OAP so found that hard.if we left drink in kitchen after getting to roof terrace. We would do with out for a while before going down to kitchen

Tolles Haus schlechte Lage
Wir sind sehr ehrlich empfangen worden. Der KĆ¼hlschrank war vorher kaputt gegangen und wurde durch ein anderes GerƤt getauscht, sodass wir keine Probleme hatten. Eine Grundausstattung bis auf Kaffeepads und Tee ist an anderen Lebensmitteln nicht vorhanden. Wenigsten Salz, Pfeffer und Ɩl als nicht verderblich, hƤtten da sein kƶnnen. Das Haus ist exakt so wie beschrieben, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Highlight ist das Dachgeschoss mit groƟer Balkon und Loggia. GroƟes Manko und daher AbzĆ¼ge, ist die Lage. Der VerkehrslƤrm it permanent zu hƶren auch wƤhrend der Nachtstunden und bei geschlossenem Fenster. Das Haus befindet sich am Ortsende und zum Strand sind es nach Google nicht 5 Minuten sondern 15. Das hat uns schon etwas gewundert. Inder Loggia erhƤlt man nicht ausreichend oder kein WLAN. Hat man einen Laptop mit, kann man aber Ć¼ber LAN eine Verbindung bekommen. Muss man aber an ein Kabel denken. StraƟenparkplatz heiƟt, dass man sich auf der StraƟe einen Parkplatz sucht und dieser nicht auf der StraƟe reserviert ist, wir hatten oft GlĆ¼ck in der NƤhe was zu finden, mussten aber schon mal einige Minuten laufen. Die Ausstattung der KĆ¼che mit 4 Personen reicht fĆ¼r einen Tag, dementsprechend oft lƤuft der GeschirrspĆ¼ler, bedarf dann einiger Planung. Die Gegend ist fĆ¼r den Dezember insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, da hier der meiste Sonnenschein zu beobachten war. Restaurants sind fuƟlƤufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Checkliste war problemlos, wir hatten sogar einen Late-Check-Out, was uns sehr entgegen kam, da unser Flieger erst spƤt abgeflogen ist.

Nice stay
Nice appartment with no tourists around. The terrace was nice. Good place to start excursions to visit the whole island. Great beach in the middle of the town.
