The apartment is located in the harbour area of Puerto de Mogan, often called Little Venice or La Venecia. This area is a pedestrian zone where no cars can come in and all houses are two story where some apartments on the second floor, like 324, has a roof terrace. The whole area is full of restaurants and small shops

The apartment is on a wider pedestrian street in La Venecia, just by a small square. It has two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room and kitchen is in open plan and has a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street and square below. It is nice watching the life and people passing by on the promenade. The bedroom in the back also have a small balcony overlooking a nice garden.

There is also a private roof terrace of 40 sqm with sun beds, a shower, outdoor kitchen with stove and refrigerator as well as a large table with comfortable chairs. Here you can cook a meal and comfortable spend your days outdoors, having a private space to enjoy the sun, make your own drinks and have a shower.

The apartment has an air-condition which is nice to have in the summer months. There is also a roof fan in both the living room as well as in the bedroom. There is a safety box in the bedroom and a washing machine in the bathroom.

The whole area around the apartment is full of restaurants and small shops. There are plenty of good options to find good food while sitting next to the water enjoying the sunset and boat life.

The well maintained beach of Puerto de Mogan is about 100m from the apartment and you can see it from the roof terrace. The area above the beach also have a few nice restaurants and shops.

Great little apartment with roof terrace in the heart of the Marina
We have just returned from a wonderful sunny holiday in Puerto de Mogan. The apartment we stayed in met all of our needs - it had a lovely little veranda to enjoy breakfast and a large roof terrace with sun beds and a dining table & chairs plus a fridge/sink/hob & shower. This was a wonderful place to enjoy the sun and to listen to the bustle of pedestrians ambling through the pretty streets leading to the marina. Free air conditioning in the bedroom and Wi-Fi too. Puerto de Mogan was a perfect resort for myself & my husband. Although it is a tourist resort, it is still very traditional. There are a large selection of excellent restaurants to choose from, both at the marina and along the beach front, though as is the norm now, some can be a little pricy but you are paying for a fantastic location! The apartment is in a prime location with easy access to the beach and marina, plus several supermarkets and a taxi rank all within 1 or 2 minute’s stroll away! The beach is clean and the sea very calm. There were ample sun beds available during our stay at a cost of €10.50 for 2 beds and 1 umbrella. Just a note that payment for these is by card only and not cash. Our stay in Puerto de Mogan was so enjoyable that we are hoping to return in the future. We would definitely have no hesitation in booking this apartment again. The owners were very approachable and a couple of questions I asked upon our arrival were answered without delay. Nothing was too much trouble.
