struttura fatiscente, servizio inesistente
la struttura è in condizioni fatiscenti, l'aria condizionata non funzionava nelle camere perché avevano spenta centralmente: considerando che il giorno c'era una temperatura di 28 gradi,in stanza la sera era impossibile stare (asfissiante) e non si potevano aprire finestre perché senza zanzariere, quindi col rischio che entrassero falene ed altro di cui essendo in campagna abbondava l'esterno. Colazione con prodotti di scarsissima qualità non è stato possibile avere un cappuccino perché la persona che era addetta al servizio, che peraltro era la stessa della reception, non sapeva farlo . la sorpresa migliore è stata al momento del pagamento quando ci è stato chiesto se pagavo con vostra prenotazione e abbiamo scoperto che prenotando direttamente il prezzo delle camere sarebbe stato il 25% in meno. Pertanto avendo scoperto che con voi la percentuale che vi spetta la paga il cliente, cioè noi, sicuramente questa sarà l'ultima volta che utilizzerò il vostro servizio .

Sehr schön, aber nicht herausragend
Eine tolle Lage, großartig eingebunden in die Landschaft. Sehr gutes Essen in Restaurant und Osteria. Toller Wein aus dem zugehörigen Weingut. Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer. Überwiegend sehr sympatische Mitarbeiter. Aber: Bezahlen beim Check-In, ohne das Zimemr auch nur gesehen zu haben? Der Mitarbeiter läuft mit dem Schlüssel in der Hand neben uns her, während wir uns mit den Koffern und Taschen abschleppen? Das WIFI reicht nicht bis ins Zimmer. Und die Zimmer haben Zwischentüren, die derart dünn sind, dass man nicht nur das Schnarchen der Gäste in den Nebenzimmern mitbekommt... Aber unter dem Strich bleibt: Es war eine sehr schöne Woche. Danke
