In the residential area of Modica, on the road that connects Modica with the coastal town of Pozzallo, stands this vacation home surrounded by greenery among centuries-old trees. The villa extends over three levels (interior staircase) and offers 5 bedrooms (2 with private bathrooms) and a total of 7 bathrooms (6 with shower, 1 with hydro and thermosensor bathtub) and two kitchens, both with dishwasher. The house offers the perfect environment for families or friends who want to spend their vacations together, thanks to the spacious rooms and the large plot with guaranteed privacy.

Children will love the area with slide, playhouse and swing. There is also a small grass football field (with night lighting), a lounge with fireplace, a table tennis and table football area and a 4-seater Finnish sauna-

The house has the perfect location to discover Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Scicli. Noto and Syracuse are about 60 km away, Catania and Taormina about 100 km. For those who want to experience the sea, Marina di Ragusa, Marzamemi and Porto Palo di Capo Passero are within easy reach. You are only 2 km from the archaeological site of Cava di Ispica, a destination for many tourists. The splendid Iblean coast with golden sand and crystal clear waters is only 10 km away. In the evening, nightlife awaits you in the town of Modica with its traditional clubs.
