Kids loved the pool. It was cleanish, and not crowded. Front desk seemed bothered by any requests we had IE pool towels and pillows! Took a Looooong time to receive pillows. The air conditioner kept one half of the room very cold and the other half of the room was very stuffy and hot. there was no in between. For a Marriott property, very disappointed with the staff and the cleanliness. We will not stay here again. I wish I had not used my expedia points toward this room, I feel it was a waste!

The room I stayed was very nice. However, I did not receive a room service (trash was full, bed was not made, no new linens were provided, etc. and I even had pile of dirty linens ready for pick up) after when I got back from the conference. Was a bit disappointed, I paid a lot for the room and did not get what I was expected. The breakfast was very good. When I walked to get ice from my room (I stayed on 2nd floor) and the carpet nearby the elevator was soaked, and my socks were wet! I'm glad that I brought extra socks (I always bring extra clothes when I travel).
