Our office called to put down a credit card authorization form - as we weekly with all our hotel stays. This is for incidentals and deposit for our employees rooms. LaQuinta sent an email with an canary link that would do the authorization - which we like the app it takes out any errors and holds for everyone to see information at location and at office. Well - the AM staff verified they received it and were friendly and understood how to use the app and what it covers. The woman checking our employees in on the evening staff didn't understand and expected our men to put their personal cards on the rooms. Even thought everything had processes and made them wait 30 minutes as they checked other construction companies in. It was hassle and we had to call twice and employees get in line twice. For her to give up and just check them in and not apologies.

The first room (223) I was offered smelled like an ashtray. The second room (225) room I was offered was occupied with ants. The carpet throughout the hotel was stained and in need of a deep cleaning. The dry wall in our room had countless poor quality repairs. The bathroom door was severely water damaged.The window track was rusted from water damage.

Forgot to change the bed sheets
They gave me two different rooms both of them they hadn’t changed the sheets from the night before. It was extremely embarrassing for everyone involved. There was not only hair in both beds but one had oil like stains on it.
