Our spacious, pet-friendly 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on Hunter Ave is just a block from the famous Cannon monument in Midtown Mobile's "Loop" area. Accommodating up to 14 guests, it features a large living area, formal dining room, foosball table, games, and a fenced yard with a deck for outdoor entertaining. Kids and pets can play safely. Welcome to our historic gem, a captivating home built in 1907 that seamlessly combines its original charm with modern updates. Step back in time and embrace the character of the three original bedrooms, while also reveling in the thoughtful conversion of three additional rooms into cozy sleeping quarters. With ample space to accommodate up to 14 guests in the beds and on the two sleeper sofas, this home is perfect for large groups and families seeking a truly inclusive experience.

Our family-oriented home is designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. The various sleeping arrangements cater to both adults and children, ensuring everyone has a cozy spot to rest and recharge after a day of exploration. We've thoughtfully created awesome kid zones, so the little ones can have a space of their own to play and unwind, making this an ideal getaway for families.

You'll find convenience and functionality throughout the space, including two bathrooms that provide ample facilities for everyone. The full kitchen is a culinary haven, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and create lasting memories around the dining table.

Outside, the expansive backyard beckons, offering ample space for your family to stretch out and enjoy the fresh air. Whether it's a game of catch, a picnic under the shade of a tree, or simply lounging with a book, the outdoor area provides a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Please note that one of the bedrooms containing a twin bed can only be accessed through the bedroom with the king bed. Rest assured, this arrangement offers privacy, as it has its own door. Getting Around:
This home is located close to all there is to do and see in Mobile! Driving is recommended to get around to everything easily, but there are Uber and Lyft available in the area.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Historic Home in Midtown
The property provided ample space for two families in Midtown, in close proximity to downtown, the Oakleigh district, Springhill, and the interstate. Overall, we were pleased with the large rooms, good WiFi, TV streaming services, and parking for 3 cars.

The house was beautiful. However the master bath plumbing was 60 years old and the the light switch fell off the first time we used it. The window on the front door was loose and on further inspection had been poorly attached with slats from a shipping crate. The back door handle was falling off and would have been easy for a burglar open.

Nice Spacious Home in Quiet Neighborhood
I really enjoyed my stay at Hannon Park. Owner needs to figure out garbage situation when guests are booked closely together before the neighborhood pickup day, to prevent new guest/ neighbors from worrying about the sight and manuevering of overloaded rubbish
