I booked my room late Saturday night when I decided to eat overnight. On my way to Mobile I received a call from my mother saying my father had a heart attack and needed to come home. I had to turn around and head back to Raleigh, so I never made it to Mobile. I called the hotel to inform them and to ask for a refund but was told no. I tried to explain what happen, was told what the policy was

All staff were friendly & helpful. There’s no breakfast provided & for the price of the room, it should’ve been. Happy there was a smoking room. Pool was clean but not very inviting. Place was dated & not in a very “safe” area it didn’t seem.
