Marina Views is a contemporary five bedroom home ideally located between Aqua Island and Deep Creek Marina. With boat ramp access and private boat parking and pontoon, it is the ultimate riverside property!
Only recently built, Marina Views boasts spacious living and dining, outdoor undercover entertaining and heated in ground pool (heated Oct – April).
Sleeping up to 12, and ideal for families to share, Marina Views is the ultimate Summer holiday destination.
The Space:
Five spacious bedrooms can sleep up to 12 guests, with the bunk room always a favourite with the kids! There is an ensuite attached to the master, as well as a main bathroom.
Two living zones means the kids can relax in their own space when they’re not enjoying the in-ground pool, the Murray River, or Aqua Island!
The outdoor entertaining area is a winner – with built in BBQ and drinks fridge, as well as views that take in both the pool and river, the adults can enjoy the warm summer nights while the kids swim and make the most of their holidays.
Marina Views has a stunning chef’s kitchen, separate laundry and all the mod cons required – including ducted refrigerated cooling and heating and Wifi.
Marina Views has access to the near by boat ramp. There is also private boat parking - please refer to photos for location.

The Neighborhood:
Deep Creek Marina is located only 18kms from Moama and is home to over 130 houseboats and homes.
There is a hotel and restaurant, as well as a boat ramp. Aqua Island is only five minutes’ walk from the marina.
The Murray River at Deep Creek Marina is considered one of the best stretches for waterskiing and sports.
