Western charm meets comfort and elegance at this Moab home with a loft. The mountain-view retreat features a private outdoor hot tub, an enclosed yard and patio, and a superb Utah location for hiking, mountain biking, and enjoying the red rock landscapes. Beautifully situated on the southern edge of the Moab Golf Club, this two-level home sits just six miles southeast of shops and restaurants in central Moab. Saddle up your mountain bike for a morning on the Slickrock Bike Trail six miles north. You'll be 11 miles southeast of Arches National Park and 36 miles east of Canyonlands National Park.

Begin each morning with a cup of coffee on the patio, where you can read a good book in a lounge chair, spread out the sports section at the table, and watch the sunrise illuminate the red cliffs. Use the provided WiFi to plan your daily adventures or embrace relaxation by taking a morning dip in the hot tub.

Step inside the 2,000-square-foot living space to find new furnishings, thoughtful and stylish decor, and central air-conditioning for even the warmest summer days. Cap off a thrilling day of mountain biking by curling up the leather sofas, lighting the gas fireplace, and watching a DVD or cable show on the large TV.

Swap stories with your loved ones as you prepare dinner in the full kitchen, an open and social space with natural wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher to take care of the cleanup. Head outside to the patio to sear steaks on the gas grill, help assemble a salad at the island counter, and sit down to eat around the dining room table.

The bedrooms have TVs and attached bathrooms, including a primary suite with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.

Whether you spend your time hiking, mountain biking, or rafting the Colorado River, you'll have a private washer/dryer to help you leave the desert dust behind.

Known and beloved as a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts, Moab will give you an excellent introduction to the beauties of Utah's deserts. Begin your visit with a sunrise hike through Arches, an incredibly photogenic expanse home to landmarks like Delicate Arch, Landscape Arch, and Balanced Rock. Or, head east for the day to Canyonlands, where you can explore the Needles, Island in the Sky, and a gorgeous stretch of the mighty Colorado River.

Come and discover the breathtaking landscapes of Moab - book your stay in this Utah vacation home today!

Great home base for visiting National & State Parks
We loved our stay here. Beds and common areas were comfortable. There were generous amounts of basic toiletry needs. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware to prepare meals if you wanted and house was only a short drive to so many restaurants. We had a great stay and would come again.

Excellent house in quiet but beautiful community
Overall we had an excellent stay at this property over Thanksgiving week. This place easily fits 6 adults. We had 2 Jeeps comfortably in garage with enough room in the driveway for 1-2 vehicles (tighter). We used an off site to park the truck and trailer which was close enough and not a problem at all The community of Coyote Run is TINY, hence no street parking. Understandable. We did initially park off the side of the road down the street to unload our stuff and take to house. When I say tiny, there is NO room to even maneuver a truck and trailer. But that worked out just fine and not too big a deal. The house itself is plenty spacious. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen very easily. The kitchen is very well stocked. Much more than most other vacation rentals. There were also ample towels, blankets, pillows, jacuzzi towels. Beds were comfortable and each room has private bathroom which is fantastic. There is a washer and dryer. They leave you some laundry tabs, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a few garbage bags and hand soap and bathroom soap etc. The jacuzzi was nice and the privacy wall is helpful. We opened the chlorine a bit and ran it to get some scum out though. Couple minor downfalls are that the screen doors on the house need some TLC. And the front door lock is tricky and finicky. If you don’t hear it catch when you put the code in then it won’t open. You have to try again until it catches then turn the key lock by hand to engage or disengage. Very odd. Because it took awhile to get a hold of the property managers, if we hadn’t figured it out then we would have had a problem. That being said I would highly recommend changing the front door lock for ease of use for guests. It’s very cozy, cottage style and decorated cute. Don’t expect anything crazy modern here though. TV worked great and the fireplace was wonderful. As said before, overall a fantastic stay here with pretty views and super comfortable. We truly enjoyed it. Thank you!!!!

Property was clean and well equipped. Disappointed that no ‘ trailer parking’ is not revealed until after you make the reservation. Could not get a response from property management for plugged shower drain and ‘running’ toilet. Very nice place, nice neighborhood. Would stay again..

Utah Vacation
Spent four days near Moab. The vacation is great and the home superior. The kitchen had everything we would want and the entire place seems updated. Our only problem was the way the address was written on our check-in email. Google sent us somewhere else a few miles away. The description of the directions at the bottom of the email was correct. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Quite location just outside of the busy town of Moab. 20 mins to Arches and 1hour to Canyonland NP(without traffic). The hot tube was perfect on cool nights after hiking all day. House is in a cute small neighborhood near a golf course.

Great house for friends, nice location
The house was in a great location, tucked away from the bustle of Moab in a cute little housing community. We loved the house and backyard. The kitchen had tons of cooking supplies which was helpful. The only reason I've giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that we couldn't get the hot tub to get very warm... maybe user error? But it was more like a bath and not a hot tub, hah!

TV did not work
Upon arrival, the large TV in the living area was not working. When following the directions, we would get a message that the input device was not working. No property manager contact information was included in the unit. I found a number on the property management company from a confirmation email and called them. They were located in another state, but said the local property would contact me. We left to hike (which is why we were visiting Moab, UT) with no cell service, so even though she called, we did not connect and returned to the unit with no TV service again the next night! This continued the third night when returning to the unit. To expect the renter to track down and communicate with the property manager numerous times to repair an amanity is not acceptable. This was not a coffee pot...it was the only source of entertainment in a remote area after a long day of hiking in 100 degree heat!

Not Clean
Walking into the house, the floor was visibly dirty. Area rugs were so dirty we rolled them up and stored in the garage. Broken glass was outside on patio that hadn’t been cleaned up in two months per the property manager (also a huge anthill right out the glass doors, and a grill that had NEVER been cleaned). They did come out and clean floors again, but our toddler’s feet were still black from walking on it, and the glass still wasn’t completely cleaned up. Mattresses were really old and like lumps of sand; pillow shams had visible stains on them and clearly aren’t changed very often. I washed bedding myself and pillows were yellowed from years of sweat. Spider webs in corners inside and outside of the house. Pots and pans were very old and beaten up. Under the beds were filthy, as corners of rooms (I had hair from previous guests stuck to clothing that had fallen off the bed). It’s clear that neither the owner nor the property manager care about any other than using this house as a cash cow. It was a shame because the house was otherwise nice and in a wonderful location (very quiet!); however, the lack of cleanliness made us feel sick and we couldn’t wait to leave.

Well maintained, beautiful setting.
We had everything we needed for a fun filled week in Moab. This is a well maintained home in a beautiful setting. The mattresses in the main bedrooms were not as comfortable as they should be. Adding ceiling fans in the bedrooms would help the air circulation at night.

Easter Jeep Safari Week
Clean, well-kept home a very cool home in a cool development. And for any other event in Moab it would be a great place to stay. For the next Jeepers that want the inside scoop, just read all of the notes as I did so you're not surprised by the restrictions on renting this location. Four of us, brought our rigs and our dailys and the driveway is short and we had to park our tow vehicles at a paid location offsite and two of us parked our Jeeps on the road just past the neighborhood. Luckily the arena where the Jeep event is held only charged $10 per day but we were the only trucks and trailers there. Overall a good experience.
