Room was very nice and clean . Front desk staff were all helpful, kind and provided excellent customer service. However , housekeeping wasn’t very good with cleaning up the room . Dirty towels I left on the floor weren’t picked up, towels weren’t hung like new. New Fresh Towels were just left on the counter. Garbage and spills on the desk, and counter weren’t wiped down . Overall it was a pleasant stay. One thing they could provide is a shuttle to the nearest mall or stores since nothing is within walking distance, otherwise it’s a great location and hotel.

The room was fine, however, the lighting needs to be updated with LED bulbs. It was dim in the room, even with all the lights on. The bathroom definitely needs brighter lighting.
