Not clean. Get what you pay for.
Hotel rooms just are not what they used to be. Expensive for dirty rooms. It doesn’t take much to make it clean. First thought was to pack the kids up and find another hotel, but it was late and all hotels booked unless we wanted to pay over $350 for the night. Which we should have just done. Luckily our stay was stop to sleep and go. Room floor was dirty and very obvious that it was not vacuumed. Food under bed. Items left in fridge. Room looked like the bed was made and that’s it. Almost empty/half used bottle of shower gel and shampoo. All around dirty and smelled.

The staff were very nice. The lady who we checked out with was named Lisa and during breakfast I listened as I was eating to how pleasant, cheerful and friendly Lisa was to everyone checking out. We had the same experience with her! She is remarkable. However: The stair carpeting is terribly, worn thin, and we had a dirty tub and sink in our room. There was no remote in our room for the TV. We told the night clerk, she said she’d come to our room, but no one ever did. I assumed it was because she may have been the only one on duty. A TV can relax a traveler after a busy day of traveling and is expected to work in a hotel!

Would not stay here again!!!
Room carpet and drapes had holes in them. 2nd room carpet had urine stains on carpet. Had very strong smell in both rooms assume it was a disinfectant. Bed was hard. Complimentary breakfast consisted of cereal or pre-packaged hard boiled eggs, yogurt and toast. Not really a breakfast worth eating. We had coffee then found a real breakfast.
