Thank you for taking your time to review our property. We are so sorry you had issues with your room and hope that you brought those to the attention of our front desk staff. We are a nonsmoking hotel however it is disturbing that some guests do not feel the rules apply to them. As a result, our other guests suffer. Thank you for your comments.
