The property has an amazing wood deck off the back of the home with a large backyard! We do allow pets at the property, there is not a fully fenced backyard but the neighborhood is perfect for walking! Dog bags are provided via a dog station outside.

This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet and $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) The back yard is not fenced but the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Cancellation Policy*

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
**All cancellations will not receive processing fees back**
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
