Excellent modern faclities close to centre
A modern high standard hotel wiith tea making facilities in room. Reception and other staff extremely helpful. Breakfast very good. Room with wonderful view over city. Walking distance to city centre. Bus no 1 from train station stops right outside,, as does bus no 2 to the thermal cave baths, and many other buses.

Det va lite stökigt i rummet bredvid när vi hade checkat in, personalen var vänliga och lät oss byta till ett annat rum och vi fick dessutom en uppgradering. Mycket uppskattat med tanke på att vi hade 2 hundar och en bebis med oss!

The hardware of the hotel is good, unexpectedly you can find a smart hotel in Miskolc. However, I requested room makeup through the system at 11am, it was not cleaned when I returned at 4pm and the house keeper then just come and took the garbage. And, the staff at the hotel is not helpful and not friendly. Besides, the staff will suddenly open your door without locking and checking whether the room is attended with guest or not.
