As you enter the home, you will enjoy a welcoming living space with vaulted ceilings, beautiful tile flooring, big comfy couches with a queen sleeper, and flat-panel TV. As you move to the kitchen, you will enjoy new cabinetry with spacious granite countertops and an oversized sink. The kitchen also includes eating space for 6 and everything needed to make that delicious seafood feast. Returning to the living room, you will head down the hall to the master bedroom, which includes a king-size bed with a flat-panel TV. Just across the hall, you will enter the spare bedroom that includes 2 full-size beds and flat-panel TV. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and plenty of counter space to get ready to head out and enjoy all the activities and excursions Destin offers. There is a covered parking space, outdoor gas grill, and plenty of yard space to enjoy a friendly game of corn-hole.

Primary Renter is 25 or older and present for the entire stay.

Great property in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this super cute beach house located within walking distance to the beach. The home had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Close to the beach

We had a great time....close to the beach, pet friendly (no dogs on beach) but we made it work (rent a boat find a beach).....I thought the property was cool, wife thought it was a man cave but she love the beds (slept like a baby) great times

Perfect vacation rental for our family.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family. We are a Family of 4- husband, wife, teenage daughter and a preteen son (with a small dog )The house had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable. The house was clean and the temperature was perfect upon arrival. I felt at home immediately. The best part is that it's so close to the beach😊 We would definitely rent this location again. Family Spring Break

House was perfect for our needs. Easy walk to the beach and surrounding neighborhood is great to walk in and is very convenient to shops, grocery store and restaurants. We had a great trip and the house is very comfortable.

Feb 2022 at Sunset on the Beach

The property was exactly as shown on the pictures. The house was comfortable and cozy and the corner lot was really nice. The appliances were quality and everything we needed was there. There were a few small things that could be done to make the place a little more convenient in the bathroom but the large shower and great water pressure more than made up for it. The cleaning could be a little deeper on the rugs, being a beach house they were sandy. The location was fabulous! 2 blks to the beach, shopping a 2 min drive and a couple of nice restaurants .5 mi away, easily walking distance. The manager, Edgar, was wonderful and went out of his way to be available to help and to answer questions. Planning to be back next year!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This was my family’s fist time in Destin and we can’t wait to come back. The house is in the perfect location to walk to the beach everyday. Restaurants and grocery stores are super close as well. The beach house was clean and comfortable with updated appliances. Love that it has a washer/ dryer too. We will book this beach bungalow again!

Thanksgiving trip.

Property was older and could use some painting and a few updates; however, we loved the location and convenience to the beach. It was spacious for a two bedroom and we were very comfortable here. The property was not very clean as there was food spilled on the leather chair and the kitchen table was not clean. The full bathroom had a broken trash can lid and vanity top was not clean. Fortunately we brought our own disinfecting wipes. Other than those few minor details, the bed in the master was very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

This was a great property for our family of four along with our small pup. The neighborhood is nice and it’s just a few blocks to the beach and a close drive to shopping & restaurants. The beds were comfy enough and house was very clean. We had absolutely no problems and the staff was very accommodating & even let us in early when we arrived before our scheduled check-in. As an interior designer, I’d say this house could be dreamy with a few updates in style and furnishings but for value & location, it gets five stars! It’s also worth noting that the upper deck seen in photos cannot be accessed (I’m guessing for liability reasons).

Needs improvement

Mattresses in the beds are horrible, to soft to sleep, the whole family slept in the floor, needs put better sturdy mattress in the beds, lack of bicycles in the laundry area, beach is far from the house, needs at least put 4 bicycles for guests move around. Beyond these issues everything was good.
