Please be advised that renovations are currently underway at the building. Due to this work, noise levels may be impacted during your stay. The renovations are taking place on the exterior of the facility and are scheduled to continue from November 2024 through December 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.


Property Description:
This spacious studio apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a California king-size bed, queen-size sofa bed, full-size bathroom, dining table with 4 chairs, sitting chair, and a 6-drawer dresser. The unit is equipped with a TV with cable service and a beachfront balcony on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is newly renovated with granite countertops and full-size appliances, providing everything you need to feel at home. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, extra linens, towels, and basic toiletries.

Enjoy the gorgeous views and ocean sounds, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Beach umbrellas and chairs are provided for your convenience, and a rental shack on the beach offers additional water sports equipment.

To access the beach, walk to the ground level, exit through the right gate, and enjoy a short stroll. Guests can dine at the Beach Bar & Grill for lunch or visit the nearby Beach House restaurant and Barefoot Beach Bar at the Hilton. Gas BBQ grills are available on-site.

The property is secured with 24/7 security, gated access, and unit lock codes. Parking is available in covered spaces on the 1st floor or uncovered on the Lobby level. Restrooms are located by the pool and in the lobby.

The Sand Dollar Transportation Tram offers convenient access to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, which is home to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including live music, restaurants, and the Rum Runners dueling piano bar.

Halloween family trip
We enjoyed our little weekend get away!! There was an issue on the first night but had very response and was taken care of. The night of our stay I notice the AC wasn’t working but was too late to contact anyone. Overall it was a great weekend and the condo was the perfect size for my husband and myself!!

Husband and I came here from a very busy conference and had a really nice time relaxing here. Having the kitchen was handy so we didn’t have to eat out! We would stay here again. Thanks for the cute stopping spot! I would recommend that the floors be mopped, cause my feet kept getting dirty between the shower and bed is all

Amazing location and very clean
We loved this property. The location is amazing and it was very clean. View from balcony is amazing. The only downfall is the broken blinds, you could see other people (and they you) from the bed at night. But would definitely stay again, we loved it.

Had issues but it was reconciled
There was an issue with the hvac which caused the room to be damp . I had to find somewhere else to stay . But the host fully refunded me . They had maintenance come in the day I left so I’m sure it will be a nice visit for someone .
