This brand new luxury home sleeps 22 with 4 King Suites, 2 Double Queen Suites, and a Bunk Room, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite baths. Take a dip in the private HEATED pool or relax in the spacious great room. Conveniently located in the heart of Miramar Beach, you are minutes from Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive from dozens of great restaurants and shops. High Cotton has everything you need in your vacation home at the beach!

🔹 FIRST FLOOR EXPERIENCE (SLEEPS 2)

- Lounge space with a sofa, 2 chairs, 4K Smart TV, and a game table
- King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks
- Pool deck with private HEATED pool, a gas grill, and lounge seating (heating is optional for a $300 fee; please request 2 days prior to arrival)
- Garage with an extra fridge and parking for 2 cars and 3 cars in the driveway for 5 total (overflow parking is available at front of the neighborhood)
- Elevator that accesses all 3 floors (elevator use is restricted to elderly and handicapped guests only, documentation and a $500 refundable security deposit will be required)

- Gourmet Chef's Kitchen with all of the cookware and appliances the family chef will need

High Cotton is just steps from the stunning Private Beach Access! As you arrive at the access point, you are immediately greeted by emerald waters and sugar-white sands. A lush pathway meanders through a dense coastal forest, where vibrant wildflowers and towering palm trees sway gently in the ocean breeze. The scent of saltwater and blooming flora lingers in the air, enticing you further along the enchanting trail. 6 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas are included in your stay at no additional cost and will be set up at the beach for you! Additional chair and umbrella rentals are available. (Complimentary chairs and umbrellas and rentals are available March 1st - October 31st)
