Ciboney Condominium Complex is right where everyone wants to be in the Destin area–on Scenic Highway in Miramar Beach. And this beautiful, island-themed, third-floor condo features BREATHTAKING views of the gorgeous turquoise waters and sugar-white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, from both the open-concept living space and also, the Master Suite. Lounge on the extra large balcony and savor the unforgettable sunsets.

Spend the day on our private beach, with the entrance only a short walk from your front door. Take a break from the sun and step over to Pompano Joe's–recently featured on The Travel Channel's "Snacks on a Beach" special–for a quick bite and a cool drink. Take a dip in our large pool or unwind with a game of tennis or pickleball, without ever leaving the complex.

The living room includes a flat screen television and the dining table seats six, with seating for another two at the breakfast car. Or take your meals outside and enjoy the scenic view. The bright, spacious Master bedroom features a King bed and sliding door that opens onto the balcony so you are never far from the reason you came to the beach. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. So there's plenty of room for both adults and kids. The unit is complete with a full-sized washer and dryer, so no more vacation laundry when arriving back home. But we warn you–it's hard to leave this place!

And speaking of leaving, don't leave Fido behind! The Ciboney community is perfect for pets. There are large grassy areas and sidewalks for strolling along beside the breathtakingly beautiful beach. The neighborhood has no through-traffic, which is greatly appreciated by families with kids and/or pets.

Everything you need is nearby including Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin, Harborwalk and all the different Destin attractions and recreational activities. There is truly something for every member of the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, from sports and adventure to shopping and spas; the Destin area has it all.

Rent a boat or paddleboard. Play golf or stumble upon a treasure on the beach or at one of the many shopping areas. Go deep-sea fishing or explore the famed, expansive Choctawhatchee Bay in what is known as the "world's luckiest fishing village." Great condo steps away from the beach with a great view!
What a wonderful experience it was to open the door of the condo and find soft welcoming music playing, a couple of little lights on, and fans on! It felt very fancy! Everything was as described. Very nice and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Just steps away from Pompano Joe’s and Alvin’s Island. The only thing that was missing was included beach service. That would’ve made everything even better. We enjoyed our stay even though it was cut short due to Hurricane Helene!

Clean, comfortable condo with good space. Great location. Beach right across street. Great beach view from balcony. Check-in process was extremely easy. Love that there is no key. Had a keypad entrance. Super convenient. Nice pool. Enjoyed the fenced-in area for our pup. Lots of parking available. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was in a great location, has a wonderful view and is in walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. The condo is outdated, but overall clean. The balcony furniture was dirty and had sand swept in the corner.

40 year anniversary trip
The property we stayed at was not the property we originally booked. That property was under construction and we were relocated to this property. This was a good place to stay and I have no complaints. I just wished I would have been informed prior to my trip. This was our 40 year anniversary vacation. All things considered we enjoyed our trip and look forward to coming back soon!!!

Great Location! Very nice condo!
Great experience with family. Had to put our car in the shop for a few days but we were still able to walk to nearby restaurants. Great view of beach. We did have a couple of minor maintenance issues but Dave came out right away to fix. He is a great guy. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.

Heated pool wasn’t on. Pool was empty and being filled with a garden hose which took 3 days. Basically no pool 5 of 7 days stayed. Bed frame sticks out, major hazard. Furniture worn Great location across from beach and nice walking/bike path. Dog friendly a plus.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great views from balcony, just a very short walk to the beach and shopping! and the fact that we were able to bring our dogs was fantastic! My only complaint was not much space to take the dogs since the pet area was locked and the combo did not work. I would stay here again for sure!

I cannot think of one thing to criticize about the property and location. We had a wonderful time. The only negative event was with the locals. The neighbors apparently do not like visitors at the condos. They were very rude and disrespectful. We tried to keep our distance.

This condo did not disappoint! The location is perfect! I also was so happy to be able to find something that allowed big dogs that wasn’t blocks from a beach access. Most condos next to the beach aren’t pet friendly, and if they are, it’s only for small dogs. Loved being able to bring my two huskies! This condo, 3003 in particular, has a very pretty view from the balcony. The general area is pretty busy with lots of teens/families buzzing around on scooters/golf carts, and it can tend to be pretty loud at night. But it wasn’t a big problem at all. Right next to a lot of restaurants/stores. My only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom. It was pretty uncomfortable, and I hit my toe/shin/ankle on the feet of the bed several times because they stick out at an angle. The bed in the guest bedroom was comfortable, though. All in all, I definitely recommend this rental!
