Alerio is one of Destin and Miramar Beach's newest luxury condominium complexes on Scenic Gulf Drive right across the street from the beach. The complex features many guest amenities including:

Alerio E101 is an end unit and conveniently located on the first floor for easy access. This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath unit features luxury furnishings throughout including leather sofa with recliners on each end, hard wood floors, granite countertops, flat screen TV's in every room and washer/dryer. The condo sleeps 6 (4 Adults and 2 Children for example) comfortably and is the perfect beach getaway for couples or a small family. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, plentiful drawer and closet space and an adjoining bathroom with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes Queen size bed and private bath. Start your days on the outside patio enjoying your morning coffee. Cute apartment
The apartment had its pros and cons. The mattresses were comfortable, though they felt a bit dated, with noticeable sinking in the areas where people typically sleep. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, to the point where my son chose to sleep on the couch instead. A dining table would have been a nice addition, but it wasn’t a major issue. On the positive side, the apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The location was great, being close to the beach and in a quiet area. Overall, it was a decent stay, but with some room for improvement.

My overall impression it was dirty and not as pleasant as I thought it would be. Pictures of the pool was nothing like I thought. We didn’t even use it. The smell in the condo was like leftover food and the closet door handle came off the first time we used it! (Sent pictures to the host). If I had the choice to come back I won’t.

Our accommodations were exactly what we needed. Unit was clean with everything in working order. Parking right outside the door was a big bonus. This was a great property in a gated area, so it was very secure and less than a block from the beach. It was very clean and up to date. We only had to call the owners once for a parking issue and the response was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Mark was very responsive with any questions that we had. Great host! The property was perfect, downstairs unit with parking directly in front of the unit. The condos are close to the public beach but also close to private beach making it easy to find space at anytime of the day on the beach. Very close to all food, shopping, and entertainment. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
